- This study aims primarily to prospectively compare, through a multi-center observational cohort design, the clinical, functional, and radiographic outcomes between operatively and nonoperatively treated patients. The secondary aim is to develop a scalable, modular database for a multi-center prospective study of supracondylar and other elbow fractures.
