You do not need to be a POSNA member, but you must have a POSNA member who is in good standing as a CO-PI. 
If you are applying for the Huene, Kuo, or St. Giles award, you must be a POSNA member. Learn how to become a member here.

POSNA does not fund committee work through grants.

All deadlines are final. No exceptions will be made.

Yes, you may still apply for a grant. You can still participate in grant reviews but in a different category than the one you applied for.

Yes, resubmissions are welcome and looked upon favorably as long as reviewer comments were addressed.
