Residents & Fellows
Apply for a full tuition scholarship for the International Pediatric Orthopaedic Symposium (IPOS®). Recipients must attend the program in its entirety and are responsible for travel and hotel costs.

In honor and memory of Dr. Arabella Leet’s career and contributions she made improving the lives of children through her work and commitment to both personally and systemically providing quality and safe musculoskeletal care for children, the Arabella Leet Resident Forum, sponsored by Shriners Hospitals for Children®, is an opportunity for all to attend an exciting case competition. The top ten cases are provided by this year’s scholarship winners with stimulating discussion from IPOS® faculty. Attend to demonstrate your trivia knowledge for prizes and fun!

A highlight for residents and fellows is the career planning session where you will learn perspectives and advice about a career in Pediatric Orthopaedics. For residents and fellows, the IPOS® Faculty offer a Breakout Session entitled “Career Planning and Professional Development for Orthopaedic Residents and Fellows.” This is an informal group discussion between residents, fellows and faculty on Tuesday evening, the first day of IPOS®. This session is appropriate for all residents considering any specialty or fellowship, not just Pediatric Orthopaedics.
BREAKFAST WITH FACULTY
Enjoy breakfast in a small group setting with our world-renowned faculty. You will have the opportunity to engage in roundtables with IPOS® course faculty. Residents registered for IPOS® will receive an invitation prior to the meeting. Please consider registering and participating in this unique event!
LUNCHTIME CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Join IPOS® faculty, Wednesday through Friday, for a 30-minute case review and discussion.

The Annual Top Gun Surgical Skills Competition is available to an elite group of Resident Scholarship winners. Participants have been chosen.
