Rochester: Died Jan. 5th, 2015 at age 75. He had a distinguished career as a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who received several honors for his research. He served on the faculty in the medical schools of both Univ. of Florida and Univ. of Maryland before opening his own practice. He was a Captain in the Navy, where he did research and managed their Tissue Bank. In Rochester he owned a business and was a friend to employees and customers alike. He was an accomplished musician who loved the symphony, as well as sailing and skiing. He is survived by his 2 daughters: Kari Chesney of CA, and Kristen Peters of OR; his two step children, Phyllis Greenwood of MT and David Greenwood of VA; his sister Betty Stallings of CA; and 5 grandchildren.
