Daniel Morrison, DO
1945 - 2012
Daniel Morrison was born November 21, 1945 in Detroit. He was a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1971. He completed an Internship and Residency at Garden City Hospital, Michigan. He served as a Fellow in Pediatric Orthopedics at DuPont Institute in Delaware. He returned to Garden City Hospital to practice Orthopedic Surgery and served as Directory of its Residency Program. Dr. Morrison was Editor of the Journal of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandy; 3 sons, Daniel, Kurt, and Eric; and 4 grandchildren. He passed away in March of 2012.
