To help Gillette Children’s achieve its patient centered mission, the Section Chief provides a strategic vision for their section, collaborates for operational effectiveness, promotes the development and wellbeing of their providers, and supports a culture of safety, and fosters discovery through research and innovation to improve patient care. The Section Chief is first and foremost a leader in clinical care with most of their time dedicated to patient care.
