Shah, MD, Division Chief of the Spine and Scoliosis Service and Clinical Fellowship Director, is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware and serves as Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.  Dr. Shah is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.  

Distinctions include a Scoliosis Research Society Traveling Fellowship, Best Doctors in America (2007-2015).  He has completed the AAOS Leadership Fellows Program (LFP). He was recently awarded the prestigious American British Canadian (ABC) Traveling Fellowship in 2015 from the American Orthopaedic Association. In 2014, he was named one of the Top 17 Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons in the United States by Orthopedics This Week.

Dr. Shah is an active member of national specialty societies and serves on the Board of Directors of the Scoliosis Research Society as the Education Council Chair-elect, and previously chaired the Education Committee, Program Committee, Growing Spine Committee and Safety & Value Committee. He is a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America and chaired the Industry Relations Committee, One-Day Course Committee and serves on the IPOS® Advisory Board. He is a member of multiple research study groups and a board member of the Setting Scoliosis Straight Foundation.

Kelly, MD, is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery for the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.  He serves as the Campbell Clinic Orthopaedic Residency Program Director and the Campbell Clinic Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship Director. After graduation from medical school and orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR, he completed the Dorothy and Bryant Edwards Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, TX.  He currently practices pediatric orthopaedics and spinal deformity surgery at Campbell Clinic and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN. 

Dr. Kelly is active in a number of professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Orthopaedic Association (AOA), Scoliosis Research Society (SRS), and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA) where he has served on, or chaired, multiple committees. He is an active member of the International Perthes Study Group (IPSG), where he serves as Chair of the Membership Committee. He is also an active member of the Pediatric Foot Research Group (PediFoRG). He was a POSNA/EPOS Traveling Fellow in 2016, and an American British Canadian (ABC) Traveling Fellow to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand in 2019. In 2018, he was selected to receive the POSNA Special Effort and Excellence Award for his work as Chair of the POSNA Publications Committee for 4 years. He has contributed over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles to the orthopaedic literature as well as 16 chapters to orthopaedic textbooks.
